Having now had over 10 sessions of PT with Anthony, I can confirm from my experience, that he is very determined and committed to understanding and solving issues as presented to him.
He is also very empathetic, pleasant, easy to talk to and gives excellent, advice and honest feedback.
Anthony fills the appointment slot with hands on manipulation and exercise supervision, thereby offering not only great value, but also imparting the confidence to try the various techniques at home between appointments.
Anthony measures range of motion progression at each appointment, which has the effect of encouraging you to perform the exercises and stretches at home, in order to hopefully demonstrate any improvement the following week.
Anthony also writes reports as required. In my case, he communicates his findings to my surgeon. This gives the surgeon an educated assessment of professional, independent, findings over an extended time period, which can only be beneficial at my follow up consultation.
My issue has been very difficult and involves a long recovery period. I shall probably require more sessions in the future, but at least I now know that I don't need to look elsewhere for treatment.
In short, I can highly recommend Physio three sixty. I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
